  • A Good Smile Company Online Store account is required to place an order. Account registration is free and no annual fees are required. Once registered, log in to your account to place an order. Please keep your login information safe.

  • You can only register your country of residence (i.e., the country where you will receive your order) as your account region. Registering a different country is not permitted.
  • Register for an account using your email address and chosen password or sign up using a valid Google or Facebook account.


[Registering with an Email Address and Chosen Password]

Passwords cannot contain spaces and must include all of the following. Please set your password using half-width characters only. Full-width characters cannot be used.

  • Lowercase letters (a–z)
  • Uppercase letters (A–Z)
  • Numbers (0–9)
  • Symbols (symbols allowed: !"#$%&'()*+,-./:;<=>?@[\]^_{|}~`)


[Registering Using a Valid Google or Facebook Account]

A Good Smile Company Online Store account can also be created using your existing Google or Facebook account.
If the account you used becomes invalid, you will also become unable to log in to your Good Smile Company Online Store account. Please note that no recovery measures are available in such cases, so be cautious when selecting this option.

Please Confirm the Following Before Placing an Order

  • We do not accept orders by phone, email, or postal mail.
  • All prices displayed on this website include tax (product prices only). Shipping fees will be charged separately at checkout. When the product is shipped and received, customs duties may apply depending on your country or region of residence.
  • If the registered region of your account is set to a country or region other than Japan or Taiwan, payment will be processed in U.S. dollars. Purchases cannot be made in Japanese yen.
  • The majority of products available for purchase on the Good Smile Company Online Store are preorder products. Please note that adequate time will be needed to manufacture and deliver the product once preorders have ended. Please check the scheduled release date of each product before ordering.
  • After placing your order, please confirm that you have received an order confirmation email at your registered email address and that your order history is available on your My Account page.
  • Please note that changes to the product quantity or payment method cannot be made after the order has been completed.
  • There is a limit to the number of items that can be preordered per order.

  • The release date indicated for each product at the start of the preorder period may be subject to change due to manufacturing circumstances without prior notice.
  • Requests to cancel orders due to altered release dates (advancements/delays) will not be accepted.
  • If an order are placed by a minor, it is assumed that a parent or legal guardian has given consent to using the Good Smile Company Online Store. We do not guarantee nor ensure that any information available on Good Smile Company Online Store will not be harmful to minors.
  • Some products may not be available for purchase in certain regions due to intellectual property licensing restrictions.
  • If there is a change to your shipping address, please update your order information as soon as possible. Once the shipment date confirmation email has been sent, we are unable to accept changes to the shipping address. For details, please refer to the relevant FAQ.

Order Cancellation

  • We do not accept returns or refunds for delivered products due to preference or convenience. If a product is found to be defective, we will provide a replacement. Except for under very specific circumstances, returns and refunds are not offered as a general rule.
  • When receiving a replacement item, customs duties may apply depending on your country or region of residence.
  • Even during the pre-order period, cancellations may not be possible depending on the product or the status of your order.
  • We do not accept cancellation requests with the intent of reordering with a coupon.
  • In the case of unilateral cancellations or refusal to accept delivery due to customer reasons, we may decline to provide future services.
  • If the product has a defect, we will handle the issue by providing an exchange.

How to Place an Order

[For Preorders]

1) Log in to your Good Smile Company Online Store account.
2) Click the "Preorder Now" or "Add to Cart" button on the product page of the desired item.
3) Click the "Cart" button on the top right of the screen.
4) After checking the contents of the cart, click the "Proceed to purchase" button.
5) Enter and select your shipping address, payment method and billing address.
6) Confirm your order and click the "Confirm Order" button once.
7) Once the message "Your order has been processed successfully. Thank you for shopping with us." is displayed, the order has been completed.
8) Once the shipping date is finalized, we will notify you of the confirmed shipping date by email.
9) On the same day the shipping date notification is sent, payment will be processed using your registered credit card or PayPal account.
10) On the notified shipping date, the item will be shipped from our warehouse.
11) After shipment is complete, shipping details will be sent to your registered email address.

Important Notes

  • If there is a change in shipping date, you will be contacted via the registered email address provided.
  • If a payment error occurs during the shipping settlement, you will be contacted via the registered email address provided. Please ensure that payment is made within a week from receipt of the email. If payment is not complete within a week, the order will be canceled.
  • If a product is returned after shipment because the customer did not receive it, the order will be canceled without prior notice. The item cannot be reshipped, and any refund issued will be the purchase amount minus the round-trip shipping costs.

  • Depending on the return shipping charges incurred, these costs may exceed the product price, in which case no refund will be issued.

Membership Withdrawal (Account Deletion)

Please check the FAQ below and contact customer support if you would like to request termination of an account. Account termination is only possible if there are no unshipped orders at the time of request.
