To order products, you need to register as a member of the Good Smile Company Online Store (Registration is free with no annual subscription fees or etc.) and log in to your account. Please keep your login information safe.

Your password must not include spaces and must contain all of the following:

  • Half-width lowercase letters
  • Half-width uppercase letters
  • Numbers
  • Symbols (Applicable Symbols are ! " # $ % & ' ( ) * + , - . / : ; < = > ? @ [ \ ] ^ _ ´ { | } ~ )

Please double check all the order details before finalizing your check-out

  • "Majority of the products we offer are made to order. It will take considerable amount of time to manufacture the final product up to its delivery. Please check and consider the release date of every product before ordering.
  • All communication regarding ordered or reserved items will be sent to the registered email address, so please make sure that you've created a special filter or inbox folder for emails received rom Goodsmile Online Shop.
  • The release date indicated at the time of order is subject to change depending on various manufacturing situation or circumstances. It s not the promised that the pre-ordered item will be shipped/delivered on the date indicated.
  • We are unable to cancel your order due to a change in release date(such as delays or advancement of release).
  • If you are a minor and not of legal age, it is assumed that your parent or legal guardian has given your consent when using Goodsmile Online Shop.   • Intellectual property licensing may affect some products' availability to certain regions.
  • If there is a defect in the delivered item, please contact customer support. (For information on product defect support, click here.)
  • We do not accept returns or refunds for items you have ordered. Even if the product is defective, we will replace the defective product and in principle we do not accept returns nor order refunds.


Regarding your order

  • We do not accept orders through phone calls, emails, nor post.
  • After placing an order, please confirm that you have received an "order confirmation email" to your registered email address and that the order history exists in the order history of My Account.
  • There is a limit on the number of items that can be reserved per order.
  • Please contact customer support to cancel your order. Depending on the status of your order, we may be able to accommodate your request.

About Order Numbers

The order number will differ depending on the time an order is placed.

[Important Notes regarding Old Goodsmile Online Shop and the new Goodsmile Online Shop]

  • If there is a change in the delivery address information, you will need to change the delivery address information for each order number (= each item ordered). (* 1)
  • If you order in-stock items, you will be issued an order number that summarizes all in-stock items under one order.
  • You cannot merge items with different order numbers into one order.


(* 1) Example: If you order 3 items (types) of pre-ordered items in a single order, you need to [change the address for each of the 3 order numbers] to change the address.



[Precautions when ordering from the new Goodsmile Online Shop]

  • When you preorder an item, you will be issued an order number for each type of item in the same transaction.
  • If you preorder the same item in a separate transaction, the order number will not be the same.
  • Order confirmation emails and shipping announcements are sent on an order number (=item) basis.
  • There is a flat shipping charge for each order number (= 1 item). For details regarding the shipping fee, please refer to "User's Guide < About Shipping and Shipping Fees>.


[Precautions when ordering from the old Goodsmile Online Shop]

  • If you order multiple in-stock items at the same time, you will be issued one order number for that order.
  • If you change the shipping address for one order number, the shipping address for all items will also change.
  • A product contained in an order number cannot be divided/spit into multiple order numbers.

Flow from ordering to delivery

  1. Log in to My Account
  2. Click the "Pre-order Now" or "Add to Cart" button on the desired product page
  3. Click "Cart" on the screen
  4. After checking the contents of the cart, click the "Proceed to purchase" button.
  5. Enter and select "Shipping Address," "Payment Method" and "Billing Address"
  6. Confirm your order and click the Confirm Order button only once
  7. When "Your order has been processed successfully. Thank you for staying with us." is displayed, the order is completed.
  8. After the shipping date is confirmed, Goodsmile Online Shop will inform you by e-mail that the shipping date is confirmed (the payment of the reserved item will be carried out before and after this announcement) (* 3)
  9. Shipped from our company warehouse on the shipping date indicated.

・If there is a change in the shipping date of the item, we will contact you at the registered email address.
・If a payment error occurs during the shipping settlement, we will contact you at your registered email address. Please re-settle the payment within a week from the announcement. If the re-settlement is not made, the order will be cancelled.
