Using Coupons

Log in to your Good Smile Company Online Store account and access the "My Account" page. Obtain the relevant coupon from the "Coupons" page. Once the coupon has been obtained, it can be used during checkout.

Important Notice Regarding Coupons

Effective from December 2025, the coupon specifications have been updated. The download deadline has been removed, and only the expiration date will be applied.

A coupon had both a download deadline (the date before which you have to download the coupon in order to obtain it) and an expiration date (the date a coupon has to be used by). Depending on when a customer downloaded a coupon, the maximum number of days the coupon could be held and used varied by customer.

(After)
The download deadline specification has been discontinued.

  • The maximum number of days a coupon can be held and used is now the same for all customers.
  • Customers have to download and use coupons before the expiration date.
  • Once a coupon has expired, it can no longer be downloaded.

Important Notes

  • Coupons that have passed the expiration date cannot be used.
  • Once the expiration date has passed, coupons can no longer be downloaded.
  • Coupons must be downloaded and used before the expiration date.
  • The expiration date varies by coupon. Please check it immediately after downloading a coupon.
  • All times shown for coupon expiration dates are based on Japan Standard Time (JST).
  • Expired coupons cannot be reactivated.
  • Coupons are subject to usage conditions. These conditions vary depending on the coupon and can be confirmed on the coupon download page. Please be sure to check them before downloading.
  • Coupons cannot be re-downloaded in order to extend their validity.
  • Coupons must be used at the time of checkout. Once an order has been placed, it will not be possible to use a coupon for an existing order.
  • We do not accept cancellation requests with the intent of reordering with a coupon.
  • Some products require individual shipping; hence you may not be able to purchase said products in a single transaction with other items.
  • Coupons that have expired will not be reissued.
  • If coupons have been deemed to be misused, the relevant account(s) may face restriction in usage.
