Necessary fees other than selling prices of products

Customers bear predetermined delivery (shipping) fees and bank transfer fees (if any).

Customers are also responsible for other fees or charges, including for information equipment and terminal devices, as well as internet connection and data/telephone communication necessary for using this site through those devices. Order deadline

Number of items of a product available to order

If we limit the number of product items available to order by one customer, that number will be displayed on the relevant product page.
In such a case, any order for that product in which the number of items ordered exceeds the specified limit will be canceled.

Delivery timing

* If payment for the above selling prices and the delivery (shipping) fee is made by bank transfer, credit card, PayPal, Amazon Pay, or mobile carrier billing, or at a convenience store, the products ordered will be shipped within five (5) business days after the payment is confirmed.
* Notwithstanding the first paragraph, the delivery timing for make-to-order and other pre-ordered products will vary in each case. Please check and confirm more information on the relevant product page.

Payment at a convenience store: To be made within a period designated by us.
Payment by credit card or PayPal: To be made at the time of shipment of the product ordered.

Payment by bank transfer (only for specific products): The payment due date will be designated on the relevant product page or our return email to confirm the order.

Return/refund policy

No return or refund at the customer’s convenience is acceptable.
*In no event will we accept any order cancellation because of the release schedule change for that ordered product.
If there is a defect or problem in the product delivered (excluding its packaging box) or if a wrong product is delivered, we will accept the return of that product or replace it with a non-defective product.
