What is 'Cheerful Japan!'?

Cheerful Japan! is a collaboration project between Good Smile Company and other figure makers to help support the relief efforts in Northern Japan. Every month for the next year we will be announcing a new set of charity products on the 11th of each month. We hope the money donated will help Japan get back on it's feet even if it's just a little bit faster!

Orders can be placed between 9th March 2012 (Fri) from 11:00 until 28th March 2012 (Wed) at 20:00.
Delivery within Japan is free of charge.
Delivery is scheduled for August 2012.
Due to the donation taking place before products are delivered, you will be charged on order and not on delivery.
For each sale made, 2000JPY will be donated to aid relief efforts.
Payment options are direct bank transfer, or credit card. Cash-on-delivery is not an option due to the donation taking place before products are delivered.
Five figures per person will be available.

Product Description

The final product to join the Cheerful JAPAN! charity project is a 1/8th scale figure based on the winning illustration from the Cheerful JAPAN! feat. Miku Hatsune Cheerful Illustration Contest. The illustration was titled 'Cheer Up!!', and was illustrated by bun150. She is wearing a cheerful cheerleader's outfit, and has a huge smile across her face to help spread the cheer all over the world!

For each figure sold, Good Smile Company will be donate ¥2000 to aid the relief efforts in Japan.
