Due to the introduction of new import regulations in Chile, customs clearance procedures within the country are currently taking significantly longer than usual. As a result, our shipping carriers have informed us that substantial delivery delays are expected for shipments destined for Chile.
Orders will continue to be shipped sequentially in accordance with their scheduled release dates. However, please note that delivery may take more than three months in some cases.
Please also be advised that once a package has been dispatched from our warehouse, we are unable to monitor detailed customs clearance status or local delivery progress within Chile. For detailed tracking information, please refer to the tracking number provided in the shipment notification email sent after dispatch, and contact the shipping carrier directly.
