It was discovered that boxsets did not include all 5 designs.

Support Provided
We will send a replacement product to affected customers who request for an exchange. Corrected products are scheduled to ship from or after May 2026.
*Replacement products will not be sent to customers who are not affected by this issue, even if they are residing in the affected regions.

Support provided differs depending on the quantity of the product purchased. Please refer to the information below for more details.

■ Individual Purchases
For customers who purchased two or more of the affected product, you may request for a replacement for the second unit and onwards. The replacement product(s) will be sent randomly.
*Replacement products are random and cannot be selected.

■ Box Purchases
Customers who purchased boxsets may request for a complete replacement, and a new boxset containing all 5 designs will be sent to you.

Sending a Request Using the Inquiry Form
① Visit the Good Smile Company Customer Support website: https://support.goodsmile.com/hc/en-us
② Click "Submit a request" at the top right of the page.
③ Select "Defects, missing parts or other product-related inquiry" from the drop-down menu.
④ Fill in all required information and attach a photo of the original purchase receipt and photo of the product.
