This is to inform you that an issue was discovered in a face plate for the following product, which was released on 3rd June 2026.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused and hope for your understanding in this matter.

Details
The eye print of the "Admiration face" face plate has been found to be misaligned on certain units.
*It has been confirmed that this defect only occurs in selected units, and does not affect all units.

Support Provided
Customers with defective units who wish to apply for a replacement will be sent required replacement parts.

Corrected products are scheduled to ship from or after July 2026.

② Click "Submit a request" at the top right of the page.
③ Select "Defects, missing parts or other product-related inquiry" from the drop-down menu
④ Fill in all required information and attach a photo of the defective product.

Replacement request deadline: End June 2027
