■ Closure Date and Time
June 3, 2026 (Wed) at 12:00 PM (JST)
*System maintenance will begin at the time stated above, and all services will be phased out.
*Once maintenance begins, you will no longer be able to log in or view your order history. Please ensure that all necessary procedures are completed by the morning of the closure date.


■ Important Information Regarding Site Closure

  • Following the closure, you will no longer be able to access the old site or log in to your account.
  • All registered personal information will be appropriately deleted upon the site’s closure, except for data required to be retained by law.
  • Please note that order information from the old site has not been transferred or migrated to the new shop. If you need to view past order history or keep copies of your purchase statements, please log in to your account on the old site and save/download the necessary data by the closure deadline. We will not be able to reissue purchase statements after the site has closed. Please ensure you complete this process in time.
    *Inquiries submitted right before the deadline may not be answered in time. We will not provide data or reissuances after the closure under any circumstances. Please ensure you confirm and save your records early to avoid any issues.
  • For users who have not yet completed the migration of their membership from the old site to the new shop, please do so before the closure deadline. After this time, you will no longer be able to complete the migration yourself. If you wish to use the new shop with the same email address after the closure, you will need to contact our Customer Support.

Customer Support contact information will remain unchanged after the closure of the old site.

When making an inquiry, please keep the following points in mind:

  • Due to the site closure, there will be limitations on the historical data available for retrieval. Depending on the nature and timing of your inquiry, we may not be able to provide a complete response.
  • Regarding cases that are currently on hold due to international situations or communication status, please be advised that we may not be able to provide new information or updates unless there is a significant change in the situation. We appreciate your understanding.
