Customers who wish to cancel their orders for the abovementioned products may do so. Please follow the steps below to cancel orders made on the Good Smile Company Online Store or through other stores.

For customers who do not wish to cancel their order(s), no further action is required. Products will be sent once they are ready to be delivered.

For Purchases Made on the Good Smile Company Online Store
Please select "Inquiry Regarding Good Smile Company Online Store (Pre-orders, payment or shipment etc)" from the drop-down list on the "Submit a request" page of the Good Smile Company Customer Support website to apply for a cancellation. Further instructions on how to proceed with your cancellation will be provided in our reply.

② Click "Submit a request" at the top right of the page
③ Select "Inquiry Regarding Good Smile Company Online Store (Pre-orders, payment or shipment etc)" from the drop-down list.
④ Fill in all required fields and indicate your request for a cancellation.

For Purchases from Other Stores
Please contact the store you purchased the product from directly. Cancellation procedures will be carried out via the relevant store.
