Notice and Apology Regarding Error in Assembly for Nendoroid Large Sakura Miku

This is to inform you that an error was discovered in the assembly of the following product is being sold at the Nendoroid Japan Tour Finale in Tokyo event. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and hope for your understanding in this matter.

*Only purchases of the applicable product made between 27th March 2026 and 5th April 2026 at the Nendoroid Japan Tour Finale in Tokyo are affected. Future sales of the same product sold on our company's online store and by other retailers will feature the correctly assembled units.
Assembly Error
The cherry motif hair accessories were assembled with the left and right side parts swapped. This error can be fixed by removing the accessory parts and her twintail parts, then swapping the left and right cherry parts.

Rectifying the Error
① Remove the cherry hair accessories and twintail parts.
② Swap the left and right hair accessories and reattach them.

Support Provided
Blister packaging (transparent packaging) for the affected product will be altered in accordance with the future sales of the corrected product. The current packaging that comes with units sold at the Nendoroid Japan Tour Finale in Tokyo can continue to be used without issue.

③ Select "Defects, missing parts or other product-related inquiry" from the drop-down menu.
④ Fill in all required information and indicate your request for a replacement blister packaging.
⑤ Be sure to upload a photo of your receipt or a photo of the product in question when submitting your request.
