We regret to inform you that due to the current situation in the Middle East region, deliveries to affected regions have become difficult as a result of flight suspensions and significant reductions in air cargo services. As such, shipments to these regions will be temporarily placed on hold, and the acceptance of new orders will also be suspended until further notice.

Regarding Pending Shipments
Packages will be stored at our warehouse during the suspension for the time periods listed below. We will resume shipping once the situation improves and delivery becomes possible.
- Preorders: Up to 3 months from the scheduled shipping date
- In-stock items: Up to 3 months from the order date
We regret to inform you that if we are unable to establish a shipment timeline even after the above period has passed, affected orders will unfortunately be canceled and a refund will be issued.
For Customers Who Wish to Cancel their Orders Immediately
If you wish to cancel your order at this time, please contact our Customer Support team with your order number.
Regarding the Suspension of New Orders
We will temporarily suspend the acceptance of new orders for customers in the affected regions.

Customers residing in affected regions will not be able to purchase items on our online store during the applicable period. A "500 Server Error" message will be displayed when you proceed to the purchase screen even for products that can be added to your cart.
