This is to inform you about the support provided for the error in product specifications that was reported in May 2025. We sincerely apologize for the delay in response.

Support Provided
The engraving that was originally supposed to be included with the product will be provided as a dry decal. The applied dry decal can be seen pictured in the image below.
*Dry decals are thin stickers that can be applied directly to the figure.

For Customers Residing in Taiwan
Please request for the dry decal via the "Defects, missing parts or other product-related inquiry" form from the drop-down list on the Good Smile Company Customer Support website. Further instructions on how to proceed will be provided in our reply.
For Customers Residing outside of Taiwan
Depending on the country/region you reside in, you may be required to pay customs duties upon receipt of the dry decal. Customs duties are to be borne by the customer, therefore the dry decal will only be sent out if you have agreed to bear any necessary customs duties.
Please request for the dry decal via the "Defects, missing parts or other product-related inquiry" form from the drop-down list on the Good Smile Company Customer Support website. Further instructions on how to proceed will be provided in our reply.
*This product is not sold domestically on the Good Smile Company Online Store. Customers in Japan who have purchased the abovementioned products should contact the KADOKAWA merchandise customer support team.
Sending a Request Using the Inquiry Form

② Click "Submit a request" at the top right of the page
③ Select "Defects, missing parts or other product-related inquiry" from the drop-down menu
④ Please fill in all required information and indicate your request for a dry decal.
⑤ Please attach a photo or screenshot of your receipt or purchase history at the time of order when submitting your inquiry.
*If you purchased the product from the Good Smile Company Online Store, only an indication of your order number is required. A screenshot of your order history will not be required.
