It was not intended for the design of the product to include a blush on the cheeks, however, the product was delivered featuring the error.

Customers who wish to receive a product featuring the intended design may return the product with the design error to us, where it will be corrected and resent to you once the correction is complete.
*Support is applicable to orders made at partner shops and authorized retailers as well.

Please note that an additional month or more will be required for the corrected product to arrive. Requests will be responded to in the order that they are received.
