· For Customers residing in Japan and Taiwan:
A B3-sized poster will be sent to the shipping address provided when the product was ordered. Please dispose of the A3 poster that was sent with the product.

The replacement poster will be sent automatically to customers who purchased the affected product on the Good Smile Company Online Store. No further action is required unless your shipping address has changed from the time of delivery. We ask for your patience as the replacement poster is being delivered.

If your shipping address has changed since the time of delivery, please contact us using the "Defects, missing parts or other product-related inquiry" form on the Good Smile Company Customer Support website by Monday, 2nd February 2026 at 18:00 (JST) with your order number and new shipping address.

· For Customers residing in countries other than Japan and Taiwan:
Depending on the country/region you reside in, you may be required to pay customs duties upon receipt of the replacement poster. Customs duties are to be borne by the customer, therefore replacement posters will only be sent out if you have agreed to bear any necessary customs duties. If you would like to request for a replacement poster, please contact our customer support team.
