③ Select "Inquiry about pre-order, payment or shipment" from the drop-down list.
④ Fill in all required fields and indicate your request for a return/refund.

Cancellations will be accepted up to 30 days after the product is received. Thank you for your understanding.

Cancellation Procedure for Customers who Purchased from Other Stores:
Please contact the store of purchase. Cancellation procedures will be carried out via the relevant store.
