Before: Listed as available for preorder exclusively on the Good Smile Company Online Store
After: Available for preorder on the Good Smile Company Online Store

Cause of Error
Since sales through our distribution channels were conducted only via the Good Smile Company Online Store, the product was announced with wording that could have led to the misunderstanding that it was exclusive to our site.
Support Provided
Customers who wish to cancel their orders for the abovementioned product may do so.

③ Select "Inquiry about pre-order, payment or shipment" from the drop-down list.
④ Fill in all required fields and indicate your request for a return/refund.
