This is to inform you that preparations to resume the shipping of small packages and goods via alternative shipping services to the United States, which was suspended on the 27th of August 2025, are now ready. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience the suspension may have caused and thank you for your patience.
Resumption of Shipping
■ Expected Resumption Date: 8th September 2025 (Mon)
*Some items that were shipped before the suspension on 27th August 2025 have been returned to us. We will proceed with the reshipment of the returned products once shipping has been resumed. No further action is required.
Notice Regarding Tariffs
Due to the suspension of the De minimis treatment, customers residing in the United States may be required to pay a different amount of customs duty upon the receipt of goods.
Tariff rates vary depending on the country the received product was manufactured. Please refer to the latest rates announced by local customs authorities for details. Please note that we will not be able to provide any information regarding customs rates or payment methods. The payment method of customs duties differs between shipping companies. Thank you for your understanding.
As stated in the Good Smile Company Online Store terms and conditions, customers are required to pay customs duties and other fees in accordance with the tax laws of each country.
