② Click "Submit a request" at the top right of the page
③ Select "Defects, missing parts or other product-related inquiry" from the drop-down menu
④ Fill in all required fields and indicate your request for corrected parts as well as the quantity required, along with a photo of the product that was delivered to you.
*If you purchased multiple of the same product, please include photos of all products.
