Customers who wish to cancel their orders for the abovementioned products may do so. Please follow the steps below to cancel your order. Cancellation procedures differ depending on where the order was made. For customers who do not wish to cancel their order, no further action is required. Once the applicable products are ready for their scheduled shipping, items will be delivered as originally planned.

Cancellation Procedure for Customers who Purchased on the Good Smile Company Online Store:
Please select "Inquiry about pre-order, payment or shipment" from the drop-down list on the "Submit a request" page of the Good Smile Company Customer Support website. Further instructions on how to proceed will be provided in our reply.

Applying for a Return/Refund via the Inquiry Form:
① Visit the Good Smile Company Customer Support website: https://support.goodsmile.com/hc/en-us
② Click "Submit a request" at the top right of the page
③ Select "Inquiry about pre-order, payment or shipment" from the drop-down list.
④ Fill in all required fields and indicate your request for a return/refund.

Cancellation Procedure for Customers who Purchased from Other Stores:
Please contact the store of purchase. Cancellation procedures will be carried out via the relevant store.
