This is to inform you that the replacement parts for THE GATTAI Fighbird, which were mentioned in a previous notice from 7 March 2025, are now ready.
We sincerely apologize for the time taken to determine the cause of the problem and prepare the required replacement parts. We appreciate your patience and understanding on the matter during this time.

Please note that submitting a photo of the affected area where the issue is occurring also serves to confirm that the product is currently in your possession. Even if the issue is not clearly visible in the image, we kindly ask that you still provide a photo.
For this replacement request, we will need to temporarily collect the affected part of the product for inspection. Please rest assured that any issues related to the clicking mechanism of the forearm part will be checked at our facility after we receive the item, rather than through the photo provided.
Please note that depending on the situation, it may take some time for us to reply to inquiries and to respond to exchanges.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this issue may have caused and will be strengthening our internal checking procedures to prevent errors like this in the future.
